What shipping methods are available?
We use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods from dappermonkey.co.ke as we realise how important it is you receive them as you expected. Dependent on the size and weight of your parcel and the delivery option you chose we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time.
We provide complimentary shipping within Nairobi.
Please contact us for details on shipping outside Nairobi.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. For international shipping, please contact us on shipping costs.
You should also factor in any import duties, VATs, or other taxes when picking up your package.
My order has not arrived yet!
If your order has a delivery date range, allow up to the evening of the last delivery date in the range. We strive to deliver at the earlier end of the range, but this isn’t always possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window provided, we’re here to help. Please contact us and will will get on it immediately. To provide an efficient service please ensure you have details of the items you have ordered.

You will see an order status which lets you know what stage your order is.
Please note that during our Sale period deliveries may take longer.
Will I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if there’s nobody in?
If you choose our delivery service, the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it.
It doesn’t matter whether or not it’s you. If there’s nobody home/office to collect your parcel, please arrange a redelivery.
Don’t forget, you can enter delivery instructions at checkout so that we know what to do if there’s nobody home.
If you know you’re going to be out, simply ask for your order to be delivered to an alternative address when you checkout.
Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:
COD (Cash On Delivery)
CASH or M-PESA
How will I know if an item is back in stock?
We don’t currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don’t tend to restock a lot of our items again.
You could look for something similar? All you need to do is type a description or trend into the search box on our website.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
If you know what you’re looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: eg. TIES, SUITS, ACCESSORIES. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage.
Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the quantity you want and click on the orange ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on ‘GO TO CHECKOUT’.
If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. You will be able to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us online, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in perfect condition.
To cancel your order, please call us on 0723 146 856 or 0780 831 767 as soon as possible.
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on dappermonkey.co.ke that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 2 days of receipt. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.
My purchase is faulty!
We’re sorry that one of our products has become faulty or you are unhappy with the quality and we’d like to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please return the item to us. We will look into your query as soon as possible.
